Matt is Partner at Ascendant Advisory Group, and is the former CEO and Chairman of Zev Technologies. He is a former Operating Partner at the People Fund, Managing Director at Momentum Value Management, an early-stage VC fund. Prior to that he was the CEO of UNX, and began his career at Bain & Company.

He holds a MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated in the top 5%, and a BA Economics from Dartmouth College.
